Diagnostics carrez et boutin : similarités et différences
Le diagnostic carrez n’est pas obligatoire pour une vente, le diagnostic boutin, lui, est à faire pour toute mise en location. Le portail immobilier Alliance Habitat a publié un article sur les similarités des diagnostics métrage carrez et la surface habitable boutin.
Leurs distinctions se situent dans la considération des parties non-aménageables comptabilisées dans la loi carrez, mais pas dans le diagnostic boutin.
