Il a été condamné parce qu’il reversait des commissions à des agences immobilières, alors que c’est totalement interdit.
En effet, pour un diagnostic immobilier juste et objectif, le diagnostiqueur ne doit pas être dépendant commercialement d’un tiers et doit rester impartial.
